Following complaints to this blog – followed in equal measure by praise, it must be said, the folks at Adonia have put their hands up to being unprepared for the sudden demand for LegTone Serum. They’ve released an official statement, which deals in part with the specific issues that have been raised by readers. Please see the following excerpt: “It has been brought to our attention that a few select customers have experienced a delay in receiving their shipments. Due to the overwhelming amount of positive media coverage Adonia LegTone has recently received in several major publications….we received a dramatic increase in demand. This has caused some orders taking longer to ship than we would have liked. We sincerely ask for your patience as product orders can also be delayed as they clear customs. We are 100% committed to the complete satisfaction of every customer who shops with us and are actively making adjustments to meet the incredibly growing demand for Adonia LegTone. Typically, orders shipped from the United States to Europe can be expected to arrive in 8-16 business days depending on how long it takes to clear customs once it arrives in the destination country. If you have questions about a specific order, please email us at customercare@greekislandlabs.com and one of our representatives will quickly respond to your inquiry.” Readers who have experienced difficulty getting through on the phone to Adonia should bear in mind that Adonia is based in Arizona and therefore operating on a different time zone from the UK.
