As I’ve got more confident with using the Revlon Salon One Step Hair Dryer & Volumiser,
I’m able to do more than create a standard, and super sleek, blow dry – which to be honest
is incredible given my low skill level! If you want to do just that, I’ve learned my way around
the tool and find it easier to do a quick semi-dry first with a regular hair drier before starting
to use the Volumiser. This is mainly because I have quite thick hair, so if your hair is fine,
you won’t need to use a hair dryer to start off with. It’s also – especially if you have thick hair
– important to section your hair when styling, and I do this using a hair clip to hold the upper
layers out of the way while using the Volumiser on the under section. Three layers is usually
more then enough.

I have a wonky bookcase that will give you an idea of my instruction-following skills, but I did
manage to follow the Revlon instructions for the Bouncy Blow Dry and create the Natural
Waves look on my niece who has long hair. Both are perfect for any Christmas parties you
have coming up, and this 2-in- 1 tool is great for taking to the office and getting ready on the
go. I’ve included the step-by- step guide for each look below if you want to give them a go,
the instructions are pretty easy. You know your hair better than anyone, so I think these
looks are intuitive and you’ll have no problem creating them. My hair is mid-length, not long,
so I’ve self-adjusted.

You’ll get the best results and a sleeker finish if your hair is in good nick, so make sure you
use a hydrating conditioner, brush through well before you start drying and to make sure
your style holds for longer, a little blast of hair spray on the finish.

I turn to the Revlon Salon One Step Hair Dryer & Volumiser often – it’s definitely a keeper.
The sheer ease of it and the distinct difference it gives when creating a bouncy, professional
blow-dry makes it well worth having in your line-up. It’s even picked up an industry award.

I’ve surprised myself by being more adventurous with the different styles and have really
enjoyed doing it too. Please do watch the video that makes everything clear, and even if you
can’t put up a Billy Bookcase, you’ll still manage a Bouncy Blow Dry – I’m sure of it! You can find it HERE for £39.99 on offer from £59.99 until January.
