I love The Blog Herald and today’s post is written by Jonathan Bailey and covers pretty much what is says in the title. It’s really easy to fall into a safety zone with your own blog; yes, your blog is your space, but as the popularity of blogging continues to rise, what you can and can’t (safely) say becomes ever more clear. We’re as responsible for what other people say in our comments section as we are in our own written posts, for example.

You need to bear in mind that the points in the post cover the US law as it stands but we are not so different in the UK. It’s this kind of really useful post that I am so thankful to find in the blogosphere because to independently find it would be nigh on impossible.
