Clinique Cheek Pops

I rather wish that Clinique Cheek Pops were called Clinique Cheek Flowers – they’re so, so pretty and totally say fresh and sheer beauty looks to me. It’s not major news, really, that there are four extra colours (always a sign that a product line is selling very nicely) so if you lusted after these first time around but weren’t totally sold on the shades, there are now more to choose from.

As you can see, these two shades (Pink Pop and Melon Pop) are perfect for paler tones, giving that same ‘pop’ of colour but in a more understated way that a lighter tone can take. ‘Pops of colour’ is a popular beauty term these days but those damn pops are usually far to bright for light tones – I mean, there is a colour pop and there is a colour punch, the former being lovely and the latter being a disaster! I notice that on line they look far darker – the colour comes up very light meaning you can build if you want to and not if you don’t. They’re £16.50 (and launched last month) HERE.
