Wishful Thirst Trap Juice Ha3 & Peptide Serum

[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] I’ve used a lot of hyaluronic serums and one of the things I’ve found is that some just don’t really give any particular feeling of skin flexibility or hydration. I mean, it’s on the skin but after a few minutes it doesn’t feel as though you put anything on at all. Not so here – what I’m impressed with is the subtle lasting feeling of softness and hydration as well as making a perfect base for foundation to sit on.

Wishful Thirst Trap Juice

My initial thoughts were that perhaps it’s better for younger skin but my skin absolutely loves it. The formula contains three weights of hyaluronic, peptides, aloe vera and rose – in terms of scent, the predominant scent is aloe vera so it’s got a very fresh aspect.

Wishful Thirst Trap Juice

I like products that give an immediate result – this really does because its an instant skin silkener. I haven’t used it over a long enough period of time to say whether longer term claims stand up. One is that 94% of trial participants said their skin looked and felt stronger after 10 days – I don’t know how skin can look strong – or feel it, for that matter – and claims like this just undermine the actual efficacy and potential. If you want a gorgeously silky base over which to put foundation, or you want a bare complexion that looks soft and hydrated without looking overly dewy you have it here. The mini size is £16 HERE (non affiliate HERE) and is where I’d start with this but if you’d prefer to go large, it’s £41.

I’ve tried so many hyaluronic acid serums Jane and have gave up with nearly all of them as I haven’t noticed any difference! How long would you say you have to stick it out with regular use? I’m sitting here with Alpha-H Hyluronic 8 and Inkey List Hyaluronic in front of me at my work desk, both nearly empty and I don’t think I’ve seen any benefit to how dry or tight my skin feels

I should think your skin will be benefitting but without you being able to feel it which while it doesn’t quite defeat the object, it’s not very satisfactory. You could always add your existing HA serums into your regular day or night cream (or even try it in foundation) because those will have the ‘feely’ stuff and you’re just boosting the ingredients. The Wishful leaves a silky feel without making your skin dewy, like say, BioEffect.

I do hyaluronic along side niacinamide and the glow recipe banana soufflé cream in the morning – I’ll carry on until the bottles run out and see if I can feel a difference! You’re right though, could very well be doing inside things which I will miss if I stop doing it. I just love an “ooh!” feeling with serums haha. Very tempted to try the new Elizabeth Arden Prevage 2.0 and not to have to bother with seperate Vitamin serums every day

At the moment, I’m using it daily (full disclosure, I have sponsored content coming up with them – so wait because there is a small offer) morning and night … it’s really impressive and while I know it’s super expensive, it makes a good case for the money because two weeks in it feels worth every penny.

Thanks for the heads up Jane, will hang fire – I’d rather buy it through your links anyway so you get a little something as I’d never buy half the things I do without your say so

Thank you Kerry – that’s so thoughtful – but always feel free to use whatever you prefer.
