Soap & Glory Puffy Eye Attack Make-Up Remover

[productsample] To my mind, this cleanser is the thing for getting rid of those last bits of mascara that you’ve inadvertently slept in. I can be absolutely certain I’ve got all my mascara off and yet still wake up with bits under my eyes sometimes. Also, I don’t know why you’d start tackling puffiness before you go to bed!

I love the jelly format of this cleanser which feels very gentle on the skin. However, like a micellar, its first ingredient is water which provides a cooling element while it evaporates but left my under eye area feeling a little bit dry so be prepared to put some moisturiser on straight afterwards. The formula uses Vitamin C and Green Tea but they’re so low down on the ingredient list that I can’t see there being any meaningful benefits. However, this absolutely does the job of removing eye make up and mascara and very nicely too. It’s £5 which seems very reasonable, but while the product is listed on the S&G site, it’s currently ‘unavailable’. Sigh. So, no link, but something perhaps to look out for next time you’re in Boots.

Trouble is, will I remember the next time I’m in Boots! Ours is so tiny but I’m all for something that can beat Lancome’s BiFacil.
