Origins Drink Up Face Mask Variants

[unpaid/ad/affiliate/samples] Drink Up is one of those absolutely reliable products that needs a place in the Beauty Hall of Fame for delivering soft hydration to skin that needs a perk up. At the moment, Origins has a few variations on the theme and while Hemp is the newest, Apricot has my heart.

I’m not especially persuaded by the ‘Glacial Water’ but as long as the glaciers don’t need it, fine. What you do get with this product is a cooling, creamy and soothing moisture and in the case of the apricot version, a delicious and properly apricot-y scent. I’ve got an absolute aversion to apricot and peach skin in the same way some people are about chalk on a blackboard and yet I love the smell and taste of both so Mr BBB (who is a very patient man sometimes) is occasionally sent to peel peaches out of sight. Ditto apples. I can’t with apple skin either. So, apricot in anything is an absolute treat.

Avocado is pleasant enough while Hemp has more of an earthy scent to it. Avocado is a slightly lighter mix designed as an overnight treatment, Apricot is a bit richer for a 10 minute quick fix and Hemp is billed as relaxing so I take from that you can have it on as long as you like. There is an offer for a Mask Medley for £30 at the moment that includes Maskimizer Skin Optimizing Mask Primer 30ml, Drink Up Apricot 75ml, Mega Mushroom Relief & Resilience Soothing Face Mask 30ml and Clear Improvement Active Charcoal Mask for a bit of a pore sweep. It’s really a blazing bargain and worth double the price HERE.

I’m sure they have changed the avocado one as I used to use it overnight but tried a sample of the new one made my skin feel itchy. The Origins staff said it’s only the glacial water that’s different but I’m not so sure.

The apricot one is amazing. I don’t use it as a mask, just a moisturiser when I’m working from home (TOPICAL), and I love it so much. Just leave it on all day.
