As someone who used to collect all things Lulu Guinness (hence the backdrop LG house which was a store prop), my eyes lit up when I spotted the Lulu Guinness Vaseline. This particular design is the ‘Lulu Doll Face’ and apparently a precursor to the LG spring collection. I predict round bags and purses!

Beauty tins are very collectable – if you’ve ever thought to start a collection, it’s a non expensive place to start, assuming that Vaseline brings out more limited editions. I think this may be the first time they’ve collaborated with a designer of note (there have been various guises of Vaseline though, from the Paint The Town Red tins to Queen Bee and a return to designs from their vintage roots) so I’m popping mine away just in case! Nivea tins are highly sought after – last year’s Christmas tins were just beautiful with whimsical illustrations of snowy fairytale scenes by Joelle Tourlanias – I still have those and my Rihanna tin! The Lulu Guinness Vaseline is £2.99 (good stocking filler.. just saying!) HERE.
