Nails Inc Choose Plant

[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] I always love seeing the new launches from Nails Inc. I’ve got more newness to roll out later in the week but I’m starting with this sweet little set inspired by flowers.

This is Detox On Repeat, a creamy bubblegum pink that’s great on any skin tone. In fact, it’s impact is very different depending upon your tone – against deeper tones it’s really stand-out and vibrant, and with paler tones it pops more quietly, but still ‘popping’.

White nails. You’re either in or you’re out and there’s no in between! You really do need to be up for spending a bit of time on a perfect application because there isn’t any room for error. If you have a nail corrector pen, now’s the time to hunt it out if you want to wear Free Time is Me Time above.

The rulebook says you always need two coats for white but to be honest, you will very likely need three. So, apply a thinner coat at the beginning, let it thoroughly dry and then layer up another two. My preference for white is on shorter nails in a tidy oval shape but it’s personal preference. My nails are in such terrible shape at the moment (thank you sanitizer and gardening for being the double whammy of doom) I’m not wearing anything much trying to give them a chance to get stronger with plenty of oils and serums. A great way to wear white nails is to top with some shimmer – literally, any colour you please. It just takes the Tippex edge off.

It’s obvious from the bottle that the formula is 73% plant derived materials – the lid is FSC certified, 100% biodegradable and compostable. I think this feels like a very reasonable set at £15 – you can find it HERE, non-affiliate HERE.
