I am absolutely certain that I have a piece from the first make up collaboration from Moschino with Sephora (in one of the vast boxes of my product collection hidden away in the cellar). So, I couldn’t let their collaboration with Tony Moly slide past without snapping up something.
I opted for the cushion Essence compact (SPF50) – a combination of solid essence (hyaluronic acid, collagen and a berry complex) that’s for brightening and sun protection. On my complexion it comes out more or less translucent – there isn’t really any discernible brightening or colour correcting going on, but it’s very mattifying and feels silky on the skin. Unlike other pieces from the Moschino x Tony Moly, there are only two colour variants available and none suitable for deep tones. Everything else though is tone flexible.
I like the fact that it’s such high SPF – handy to pat on my nose and cheekbones in the summer for some extra protection. I’m really delighted with this – more so that I forgot I even ordered it so when it arrived it was extra good! I know this collection is available to the US but I don’t think we’ll see here in the UK – I ordered mine from Ebay (I am as sure as I possibly can be that it’s the real deal) from seller ickcosmetic.
