The Face Shop Coke Red Mono Pop Eyes

The Face Shop Coke Red Mono Pop Eyes

Oh my – the YesStyle website is absolutely my weakness at the moment! I picked up this Face Shop Coke Red Palette a couple of weeks ago and couldn’t love it more. Yes, I do love a Coke (diet) but I also love the colours in this.

It comes with a film over the top to just imprint the ‘Coke’ branding a little bit more but actually I think it’s cute.

As you can see, the nine pan palette contains a mix of sheens and mattes – kind of sunset style but with a bit more individuality. The formula is beautiful – these are smooth colours that blend like a dream, have plenty of pigment and last well. The middle row is the one that I’ll wear most I think, but all of those shades are colours I’d happily dip into.

See? Gorgeous stripes of full pigment colour. I very rarely ‘need’ to buy eye shadows but I’m really pleased that I bought this. The Face Shop is a Korean brand. So, the bad news is that the Coke Red palette has sold out but I can spend hours (and a small fortune) on YesStyle (it’s HERE) and if you like Aisan cosmetics and skin care, it needs to be on your radar. It’s not overpriced (although be prepared for postage – not outrageous but it does add up) and actually, often discounted. I think this palette was about £12 and with approx £5 postage, came to £17 ish.

I’m sorry I keep calling you “Jayne” – it’s my bosses name so it’s like autopilot for my fingers 🙂

I just used that site for the first time and have been hit with a £12 import tax so beware!

  5. That’s actually so cute! Really impressive colour quality too.

Do you think it will be back on that site?
And otherwise do you think it would be okay to buy on ebay?

I don’t know.. that site is quite random in what it has, but there might be other Korean sites that still have it. It’s so hard to say re Ebay – I don’t really like to buy from China which is where I think you’d find it because there is just so much copying.
