Ahh, so this is a lovely product if you’re up for a little extra care for your lashes, especially if you have lash extensions because it’s notoriously difficult to cleanse those properly. If you’ve never had extensions, you won’t realise that you need to treat those babies like, er, babies – so delicately and with the gentlest of touches. Lash Wash is a micellar for lashes; it’s fortified with panthenol, aloe and chamomile so if you have generally fragile lashes, or you’ve been putting them under strain, it’s well worthwhile giving them separate and special treatment from time to time.
Lash Wash feels lightly oily and a little bit cooling – just spritz onto a cotton pad and use to gently swipe downwards over your lashes. I know I’m guilty of using any old cleanser I have to hand on my lashes and somewhat hoping for the best that all the mascara is off – next morning it’s often completely obvious that I wasn’t that successful! I don’t mind waking up with a panda eye because it always makes you look like you had a great night the previous evening but in reality it’s not good for eyes or lashes. Lash Wash definitely leaves no pandas or any residue either, so none of that filmy feeling.
The only thing that Lash Wash won’t tackle is waterproof mascara, but otherwise it’s hypoallergenic, paraben free, phthalate and fragrance free – oh and cruetly free and vegan friendly. it’s £30 HERE.
