Paul & Joe Cheek Colour Autumn 2016

Well, the Paul & Joe Cheek Colour Autumn 2016 pots of blush pearls are a lovely thing to return to from my holiday! They’re the sweetest things housed in cartons displaying designs from the current Paul & Joe fashion range and each one has a ribboned powder puff for application. But, the prettiest things are the three little cats that nestle amongst the pearls – they’re made from exactly the same powder as the pearls in a feather light formula that allows for easy brush pick up.

There are two colour-ways – Chill In The Air in a coral shade and Petit Romance in a pink colour. There are nuances within each pot – the pearls are differing shades so that a whole swirl brings a diffused, slightly shimmery shade to the cheeks.

Being completely honest, it’s better to use a blush brush than the puff – it’s a pretty thing to have and adds to whole charm of the product but doesn’t really do a decent blend.

In the swatch, I have Chill In The Air above and Petit Promenade below. They’re £28 each HERE and if you know a cat lover who is also a beauty lover with a birthday coming up, I can’t think of anything better than this!

Wow, these have much more colour than the Guerlain Meteorites. I like cats, so I think I’ll have to pick one up!

Why does it say ‘Your May Also Like’ instead of ‘You May Also Like’? Also, bloomin blusher cats?! Yes!!!

Which colour would you say is more suited to cool skin tones? I have black hair, am quite pale and brown eyes, thanks.

The pinker shade I would suggest.. it’s a little bit raspberryish which sounds like it would suit your colouring. x
