I have to admit that I’ve been a bit bogged down with serious stuff that I forgot the really fun side of beauty. I was so thrilled to come across the Eylure Cat Face Lashes at a Christmas In July event (of which I’ve done almost none – just no time this year), which obviously are for Halloween.
I Instagrammed these yesterday and someone described them as ‘darling’ which I think is totally accurate – they’re so sweet!
I think with the advent of such amazing mascara formulas, this is the way that false lashes have to go – more interesting and innovative rather than every day wear. I always like what Shu Uemura does with lashes – they go really extreme and colourful so it’s a statement look rather than something that’s trying to fit in naturally.
Anyway, you’ll see that my fruity models are back – Tomatonia is a new recruit! The Eylure Cat Face Lashes are out in September for £6.95 a pair.
