Dolce & Gabbana Classic Cream Lipsticks

DG Lipsticks

Twenty-eight new shades of Dolce & Gabbana Classic Cream Lipsticks arrive in March to accompany the eighteen existing shades – and oh my, they’re stunning! The above box is a mix of brand new and existing shades and they’re absolutely power packed lipsticks – the reds border on aggressive, they’re so, er, red!

I’ll get straight into the swatches of the new shades from the front row; each lipstick is inspired by a different rose. Above from left to right: Delight, Succulent, Chic and Daring.

You can see from the swatch that they have a sheen to them. Incidentally, the Dolce & Gabbana Classic Cream Lipsticks are quite highly perfumed.

Heading up to the back row now: Mandora, Petal, Fire, Devil, Scarlet  and Dahlia which are all existing shades, so more of a reminder of what’s already there.

See what I mean about the reds? They are so intense and I can’t even take any notice of the other colours. The textures are very creamy and in my experience, non drying, although I don’t keep lipsticks on for a very long time.

Dolce Gabbana Devil

And a little feast for lipstick loving eyes – Devil. Dolce & Gabbana section their colours into categories; reds, oranges, purples, corals, pinks and nudes – so expect to see newness within each category from March.
