[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] Unless you have deep toned skin you really only need a micro droplet of the Charlotte Tilbury Matte Beauty Blush Pillow Talk Dream Pop – it’s a very intense shade and a little goes a very long way.

It’s not really possible to daub this on your cheeks via the sponge unless you have some secret super power of squeezing exactly the right amount out – I find it a bit too generous for the amount needed. That’s not really a problem but if you’re picturing some kind of puff of blush, that’s not quite accurate.

This isn’t a shade a would choose for myself but there’s a lesson for all of us here – at the right intensity it looks pretty good.

I feel quite happy with that ‘flush’ and as for the matte element – I can’t really tell that it’s supposed to be matte which is great – it didn’t dampen down this glow I work so hard for! It’s £30 HERE which I feel is okay – you will have this for a very long time! I notice on the CT website, this is shown on a deep tone model and it looks spectacular on her – I would not shy away from this one if you have very warm and/or deep tones. If you’re paler, there are better shades for you.
