[samples] I couldn’t not post this stunning collection straight away – it’s just such a cheer up for a gloomy January week – but I don’t have full details yet so will post the swatches along with the details as soon as I do. It’s launched already in the US but not in the UK.

I mean, don’t you want to book a holiday this minute? I’m really drawn to orange and turquoise together – it’s a visual confection that makes me happy – like a mood boost for the eyes. Chantecaille usually gives some charity support with their limited edition collections and this one is no different, giving a portion of each sale to the Amazon Conservation Team to support rain forest habitats.

Within the collection, there are two eye palettes – a warm and a cool – a Perfect Blur powder and four glossy lipsticks.

I have Honeysuckle and Passionflower here. Passionflower is a beautiful, vibrant and tropical orange while Honeysuckle is a dusky rose shade. I like Chantecaille Lip Chics as they’re full of hyaluronic acid and therefore super comfortable on the lips.

This is the cool quartet – don’t pay too much attention to the cool and warm aspect; I saw someone being made up using this palette at the launch yesterday and it gives a deep smoky eye if you head to the purple shade that I think is suit-all. If you don’t want to go all smoky, the other shades are useful for taupe and heathery eyes – I’d wear them and I’m by no means a cool tone.

The Perfect Blur Powder is a Chantecaille classic with fine milled powders and optical blurring pearls to give a soft focus finish. It’s more or less weightless so even if you’re not a powder fan, the chances are you’d like this.

All of this will fall into the luxury pricing range for sure but I’ve got a lot of admiration for brands that make the things that make you beautiful, beautiful in themselves.

Did that cute little hummingbird ornament come with the collection! That is the best bit! 😉
It was made by the collective that the brand are working with in the Amazon.
These are so nice. Do you know if the blur powder is pigmented? I’m ultra fair, so it looks like it might be too dark for me and might tint my skin a peachy flesh tone.
Thanks!
I’ll get to this when I swatch next week – it’s supposed to be translucent but I’ll dig in!
Thank you!
Hi
Any idea when is this collection launching at online retailers like Saks and Nordstrom or Selfridges for international customers?
It’s already launched in the US on the Chantecaille site.
Yeah But Chantacaille does not ship internationally. So I was wondering about SAKS or Nordstrom as they ship to other countries
Oh I see – sorry – Harrods usually has the Chantecaille releases but we are usually only given UK sales points and not other countries. Sorry not to be able to help.
