At under £44, this bareMinerals Q VC TSV Beautifully Radiant collection seems remarkably good value. Mark your diaries for the 18th September. Although I’m not a mineral fan I can safely say that the Complexion Rescue is one of my all time favourite products and I wear it more or less every day – I’m on my (at least) fourth or fifth tube. It’s just the perfect thing to give a light coverage, SPF and hydration for my early morning dog walks and usually I don’t wear anything but that (on my face, I hasten to add!). On it’s own Complexion Rescue is £27 (although I’ve found it HERE on temporary offer for £22.95), so add a mineral blush in a pretty pink, an Original Foundation SPF15, a small size Stroke of Light Highlighter, a Marvellous Moxie Lipgloss, plus two (very handy) small size brushes and you can see how it’s stacking up to be something of a bargain.

I like the product choice here – neither too summery nor too autumny although I should point out that the blush is quite sparkly.

I’ve swatched the blush (bottom), gloss and highlighter (the highlighter is a new discovery for me and it’s really pretty – creamy and blendable so you don’t end up with super reflective cheeks unless you want them). Also to note is that the Complexion Rescue is available in shades Opal, Vanilla, Buttercream, Suede (my shade), Natural, Tan and Chestnut.

  2. Hear so many great things about the Complexion Rescue. The blush and highlighter look great too. Tempting.

I adore the original foundation, it’s the best foundation for covering my bumpy, flakey roscea nose and I want to try the complexion rescue. I just hope they have done a good job of matching the different foundation shades for both products. I wear medium beige in the loose and if I can remember rightly from a colour match in store I’m natural in the rescue. I’m assuming you’ll pick your option based on the loose powder.
