[unpaid/sample] I am very happy with this find! I’ve used a similar blow dry tool before so I have something to compare it to – this one is the quickest blow dry I think I’ve ever done coming in at around ten minutes, start to perfect finish.
These pictures were taken at about 8.30am this morning when I’d already been out walking Honey. Look – it’s all shiny and flicky at the bottom! The great advantage of a tool like this is that it provides the pull through that the hairdresser normally supplies that results in salon styling. At the same time, it’s giving heat like a hair dryer so everything just falls into place.
I washed with The Body Shop Ginger Shampoo [prioradrelationship], used a little bit of Heinrich Barth conditioner and finally added the Christophe Robin Regenerating Serum (which adds shine and really, really works – it’s HERE). You do need one of those little comb things to hold your wet hair out of the way so you can section properly and it’s fine to dry your hair off a bit first so you don’t start with sopping strands.
There are two heads – I used the smaller one because how glam do I need to be to walk the dog – and it was plenty volume for me. Although I don’t necessarily seek volume because I have plenty of hair, I love the swish and shine of the finish – and the speed. I’m totally a convert. It’s a bit noisy but I use a Dyson dryer which is super quiet so I might be over-sensitive to that but otherwise, there is nothing not to like here – especially if you’re rubbish at blow dries, like me. It’s £80 HERE.
