My Hair Doctor Scalp Health Soothing Spray

My Hair Doctor Scalp Health Soothing Spray

I have a couple of friends who are driven half mad with itchy scalps – it’s one of those things that if you don’t suffer from it, you never even think about it but if you have it, you can think of nothing else. Personally, I don’t have any scalp issues (actually I did before Christmas but sorted it out quite quickly) so it’s impossible to put this one to the test in any meaningful way, but there are so few scalp relieving products, I thought it was worth a mention anyway so that you know it’s out there.

It’s quite strongly scented – a bit medicinal in my view. The liquid contains thyme, comfrey and chamomile, allantoin and bisabolol to help rebalance and reduce itchiness. It does give a little tingle and warmth on the scalp after you’ve rubbed it in. The spray is £16 HERE and there’s a whole range for itchy scalps.

I have seborrheic eczema on my scalp, and cannot live without kerastase sensitive brain. Or vichy derma calm.

      thank you for the recommendations!

Coconut oil rubbed into the scalp the night before a hair wash seems to make a big difference. I guess there are different causes of ‘itchy scalp’ but it’s been the most consistently effective remedy for my dry skin.

Neutrogena T-Gel is very good also

  4. Hi Jane,
I wanted to visit the product page for the spray but the link is broken, do you by any chance have an updated link?
    Thanks!

Hi, you can cut and paste this one although do have a Google to see if it’s cheaper elsewhere. https://myhairdoctor.com/product/scalp-health-soothing-spray/
