Jo Loves Fragrance Sampler Set

[unpaid/affiliate/ad] I literally only spotted this a few minutes ago but I’ve got straight onto the blog with it because I know how much we are enjoying fragrance at the moment. Obviously, I don’t have a sample but am very familiar with this brand – Pomelo appeared in one of my first ever beauty boxes and still remains a favourite to this day.

Jo Loves Sampler

There are seven samples (2ml) of Orange Butterflies, Pomelo, White Rose & Lemon Leaves, Green Orange & Coriander, Jo by Jo Loves and Pink Vetiver. They’re all bright and sparkling fragrances so exactly the right mood as we slowly approach spring.

It’s not cheap at £25 – I find that sampler sets rarely are, but it’s certainly more cost effective than a full price mistake. I think it’s for anyone who is interested in shaking up their fragrance collection or exploring a new brand without a full commitment. A full size is £75. From this set, my top picks are Pomelo (obviously), White Rose & Lemon Leaves and Orange Butterflies – I’d defy you not to sense some optimism and spring joy from these. Anyway, it’s HERE, non-affiliate HERE.

  1. I got it – to be honest, I liked only two of the fragrances in it. Still, I liked them very much! I recently did an article on discovery sets here: https://www.maquilab.com/2021/02/perfume-discovery-sets-my-niche.html (it’s in Bulgarian, but there’s a list at the bottom of the article, if you’re interested). I’m literally buried in samples now, and I enjoy it very much! 😀

Very interesting articles Jane and Elena (I relied on auto-translation of your article Elena!), I found this very thought provoking, scent is such an intensely individual experience that trying samples is absolutely vital. I recently bought a set of Atelier Cologne perfume samples and would love to try some samples from independent perfume brands. I hope to work my way through that list over time and have my own perfume journey 🙂
      Thank you both, Jo

It’s such a nice way to spend time with fragrance – no commitment but all the romance 🙂

        1. So happy you found it helpful! It’s been such a great experience to be able to try something new every day 🙂

  2. I bought this a few months ago at Cult Beauty. It’s a great set. I’m a huge Pomelo fan too.

      Pomelo is gorgeous 🙂

Whoo-hoo I got one. Have previously missed out when you flagged this up before. I intend to try them all over the weekend, delivery permitted. I miss sampling the testers in a department store and coming home with clashing fragrances on each arm.

Oh great – I’d love to know what you think once you’ve tried. I thought I’d mentioned it before but couldn’t find it (on my own site… I know!!) but when it popped up on SpaceNK I wanted to flag it regardless.
