There are so many versions of Flower By Kenzo that I’ve lost count – if you never liked the original Kenzo, you’re unlikely to be persuaded by any of the variants, but what I will say is that if you like night blooming flower scents, this may be the one to bring you round. It’s very generous on frangipani and jasmine which I absolutely love and I’m not picking out much else because they’re all my nose wants to smell! I have a huge jasmine plant at the side of my house that springs into olfactory life when the heat of the day has gone and evening is drawing in so I associate this kind of fragrance with summer evenings – it’s very evocative.
Other notes include blood mandarin, orange blossom and night musks, but mainly it’s all about the tropical headiness and languor of night blooms. In terms of last, I found it light – but there’s a great deal of pleasure in the top ups so I’m not complaining. FeelUnique has it at 20% off making it £44 instead of £55 HERE.
