Friday Treat: Say Yes To Saying No T Shirts

[ownbrand/ad] So, I’ve been curious about Amazon Merch On Demand for a while so, with the help of Thom, who does my techie stuff (so I don’t have a complete nervous breakdown) I created these No t-shirts – with a V neck. I’ve complained on here about how none of the cool t-shirts have a V neck (which is the friend of the older woman, I think) so I just made some myself. Using Amazon Merch means they make on demand so no stock is held. What a genius idea.

The thing about Amazon Merch is that they make on demand so there shouldn’t be a point at which they sell out – except it appears that the L in pink was sold out earlier but is now back in stock. I’m on a discovery journey here…. But to the point of the power of No, it’s one of those words that doesn’t get said enough! I am not a say yes to everything kind of person and find it quite easy to say no, but somehow still end up doing things that I don’t particularly want to do. So, I wanted to express no in a fun way but also something to keep close to your heart and hopefully empower you to say it more!

So, this is the pink in L – I’m 34-36 chest and this is a nice comfy, loose fit on me. The black (coming up) for no reason I can explain needs sizing up so if you’re L go XL.

This is the black in L. No is so important to have ready in your vocabulary – it’s a strong word to have at the tip of your tongue and it’s perfectly okay to say no. I’ve stopped saying yes to a) most launches – I’m capable of assessing a product without having to be part of a client impressing number count first, b) eating later than 7pm – no to that for every kind of digestive reason, and c) brands who want literally everything for nothing. I know – get me!

And lastly, this is my friend Genevieve (@thisisfifty) in the gray style – size L. They’re £17.95 each HERE. I know I’m a bit behind on posts but a) I’m knackered and b) Dora won’t be a puppy for very long so I’m prioritizing her for the next couple of weeks so I hope that’s okay. Things quieten down in the summer anyway so there’s less to tell you about.

Black dye often shrinks fabrics, which is likely why the black t shirt is coming up smaller. If you’ve ever had a black bra or pair of jeans feel right, that’s likely why.

Thanks for that – I had no idea why there was a size disparity 🙂

Cool! Finally, V-neck! 🙂 And in thin and pleasant fabric (hate it when it’s inch-thick cotton that only wrinkles good).. And with no! To THIS I can’t say no… *giggles*

    Hi Jane

Straight in the basket and ordered, in pink and grey. Impressively arrived the next day on standard delivery option.

    I love them both.

Thanks so much Alison – so glad you’re happy with them!
