[productsample] The collaboration between Heathcote & Ivory and the RHS is a match made in heaven. They’ve come up with some beautiful illustrated packaging that’s super-gifty and exactly right for spring and/or Mother’s Day if your mum is a flower fan. I’m always quite amused by the ideas sent to me for mother’s day – a spray tan was one that made me laugh but everyone’s mum is different – I just can’t imagine my own being up for a bronzing.
The RHS, as I’m sure you know, champions horticulture and the packaging designs are taken straight from botanical artworks from the RHS Lindley Library. Way back when, someone actually took their brush and hand painted these flowers and they’re really beautiful.
I especially love the soap, but also the tin containing a small fragrance (middle picture) and a 50ml Hand Cream. In terms of fragrance, I genuinely don’t think I know exactly what a daisy smells of but the scent is pretty enough being a blend of fruits, flowers and green notes with a base of white woods. I can’t say I have any complaints about the hand cream formula (I have not tried the soap yet) because it gives moisture nicely and softened my hands with shea and evening primrose. The newest offering in this range is the Hand Cream Trio which is well priced at £9. The tin with fragrance and hand cream is £13 and the soap is £6. They barely need any wrapping to be honest… You can find the collection HERE.
