Feather & Down Magnesium Sleep Salts

[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] I know I’m forgetful but I can honestly say I have never used an entire product having completely forgotten to take any pictures of it. But, I tried this (because I try everything unless otherwise stated) and loved it and ended up using it til it was all gone. I was all ready to craft a post about it when I realised – no pictures, and all I had was an empty bag. So, I had to call in another somewhat red-faced – I was honest and they were very understanding, but the bonus to that is that I have another bag to enjoy.

Feather & Down Magnesium Sleep Salts

I’m a big fan of magnesium salts – I do a lot of yoga usually, so often need the heat of hot water to ease any muscles and get into a chilled out state in the evening and they always do the trick. But, while I’m not sure there’s a great deal of difference between one and another magnesium salt bath, the fragrance of this is exactly spot on for switching off.

It’s a blend of lavender and chamomile and thankfully the chamomile has that slight ‘hay’ edge taken off it so it’s just soothing and sweet. With bath salts, you do need to be generous with the amount you use – there is literally no point in having a tablespoon, so this bag lasted me four baths but four proper, scented and delightful baths. The salts are £8 for a bag so I’ll be less decadent this time around and use them for when I really need to decompress rather than flinging them in willy-nilly. Very pleasant, and well worth having for those days when you just need to chill. You can find them HERE. I’ve linked to Amazon because they’re heavy and it’s worth having them delivered.

Oh, this sounds gorgeous. I keep looking in TK Maxx as they have different ranges of magnesium bath salts. But the thought of trying to carry home with other shopping puts me off. But direct from Amazon will sort this problem.

Yes, they’re quite hefty aren’t they. Got some more magnesium salts to review coming up…
