Faust’s Potions Travels To My Elephant

Faust’s Potions Travels To My Elephant

Some things are just such a joy to write about – Faust’s Potions Travels To My Elephant is that and a bit more. If you read BBB regularly, you’ll know I’m an animal lover, so I love to support anything that goes to improving the lives of animals around the world. This limited edition duo, from Faust’s Potions, supports The Travels To My Elephant Campaign and it is pretty amazing, involving 40 rickshaws travelling 500km across India to raise much needed funds to protect Asian elephants and their habitat.

Faust’s Potions are aiming to raise £10,000 to go to the already impressive amount of £700,000 raised by The Elephant Family Travels To My Elephant campaign. I first tried Faust’s Potions last year when a very sleepy (ok, hungover) day got the better of me and I bolted down the Awake version. It definitely perked me up. I haven’t dared try the Asleep version in case I nod off inappropriately (i.e. in the middle of Bake Off.. argh) but will certainly attest to the efficacy of Awake. It’s simply a boost of vitamins C and B complex with green tea, ginseng and guarana, so if you’re a hyper type, don’t take it! It’s just a very, very handy thing to have when you just need that extra push of energy. Unlike a chocolate bar, you don’t get a crash afterwards, either.

So, from next month you’ll be able to get hold of the Faust’s Potions Travels To My Elephant for £6 HERE.

  1. Thanks Jane for the lovely review and helping us to promote a great cause with the Elephant Family! Just to put your mind at ease, the Asleep Potion is actually designed to relax your mind, (5HTP is a seratonin precursor) rehydrate and restore wile you are sleeping. It can also be drunk any time you feel a little anxious and run down but do consult a doctor before taking if you are on antidepressants or other medication that might interfere.
