With it’s little French town scene, the L’Occitane advent captures all of the spirit of the time of year – I love the detail of the mum making sure her little one is all cosy and buttoned up. It’s something I can remember doing with my children and wrangling with those damn mittens that never stayed on!
Inside, the contents are reliably lovely – mini soaps, tiny hand creams (pocket size) and shower gels all feature. It’s £49 but has a value of £87 HERE: with so many advents to choose from this year (and so many people saying they’re completely over it!) this one stands out as entering into the spirit of the season. There’s a luxury version (£89 with a value of £129 HERE) that I’m far less keen on because the same visual effort hasn’t been made.
