Urban Decay Moondust Shadows 3D Shimmer

Okay, so these are easily the most sparkly shadows I have ever seen.. the shimmer on them is beyond incredible. These launch into House of Fraser on May 1st.

From the bottom to the top: Zodiac, Glitter Rock, Moonspoon, Diamond Dog and Space Cowboy (there are also a couple more – Intergalactic and Stargazer, purple and gold respectively).

See what I mean?!

In terms of texture, they’re almost creamy they’re so soft and the shimmer particles are tiny…no chunky bits. You can also use them wet, and it’s recommended (although I don’t know why) that you apply with fingers.. maybe to prevent drop.

Urban Decay Moondusts will be £14 at House of Fraser or Debenhams.

  1. Love these swatches and this post, they look so so good! Zodiac is fantastic, I’m excited to go in store and give these a go!

I did hear these have a tonne of fall out so I am guessing that is why they suggest fingers, I heard it is also good to use one of those horrible sponge applicators that you get with cheap eye shadows as that helps prevent an Edward Cullen style face 🙂 x

How bad do you think the fallout on these would be?

Actually, given how soft and packed with shimmer they are it’s not too bad.. but I would make up eyes first, cleanse, then rest of face, foundation etc with these.

The only thing I have to say is I have to have these!

  5. LOVE! I honestly think Urban Decay has the best eyeshadows out of any brand…. need these 🙂
