The Sanctuary Power Peptide Serum

Back in 2011, I went to the huge beauty show in Bologna called Cosmoprof. Not only did I see some amazing things but also new innovations. In this old post HERE I saw manufacturers suspending key ingredients of products in clear elements so that it formed a complex spiral shape. Although I’ve seen several products since that use this technology (Stila is a good example), this recent Active Reverse Power Peptide Serum, £25, from The Sanctuary is one of the best I’ve seen for delicacy and complexity.

  1. I remember using an Avon dermafull serum years ago which used the same technology. It was clever because that was the main reason for me buying the serum at the time but it was a gimmick, the serum itself was rubbish. Since then it put me off anything looking like this, I always think if a product is really good & works then it doesn’t need to look fancy in the bottle or have fancy packaging, it’ll speak for itself x

Agree with Pampered Prince above. Having tried a Lauder eye gel presented like this a few years ago and which was very ordinary this type of presentation screams gimmick.
