Supergoop Newness for 2013

Supergoop SPF Eye Cream

Honestly, I think this is such a great idea – an SPF for the eye area. I don’t think I’ve ever seen one before. I know that I’ve ended up with burny bits under the eye area – especially on the bony bit. This is Advanced SPF 37 Anti Aging Cream With Oat Peptide and it’s a tad expensive at £42, but it’s got a cooling applicator and anti-ageing ingredients; oat is notoriously calming on skin.

There’s also a very handy SPF30 and SPF50 Mist infused with Vitamin C – a snip at £18 compared to the eye cream! The benefit is that you can spray it straight on to wet skin – good for wriggly kids or those who love the feeling of drying by lying.

They’re both at SpaceNK now, HERE.

I always catch the sun in that area too, I’ve been looking around and Shiseido offer a similar product with SPF25 that is slightly cheaper – not sure it has any extra anti-aging claims though.

Boots have one with SPF30 that’s for lips and eyes, it’s five-star rated for UVA too. I can’t find it online but it’s called the Anti-Ageing Shimmering Lip & Eye Screen and is £7.50 – so only £2.50 with the £5 skincare vouchers!

What? You haven’t seen eye products with SPF before? I am really surprised. I can name quite a few already, Clarins, Shiseido….they all do that!

  4. Shiseido has a similar product 🙂

  5. I’ve been hoping someone would bring out a product like this for years. Ouch at the price but compared to that of rectifying the damage…
