I was going to wait til Wednesday to have this necklace as my Accessory Wednesday feature, but couldn’t sit on it for a minute longer.. so it’s Accessory Sunday today! If you don’t know South Hill, it’s the most gorgeous concept of making bespoke jewellery where you choose everything yourself, making it completely personal to you.
My friend Sam has taken over the UK arm of South Hill Jewellery – so she let me put together something that’s meaningful for me. I chose the back plate of True because that’s what I aim for on BBB, I chose the little diamante dog bone because – well, you know I love my dogs! I chose a peace symbol because don’t we all want some of that, and a heart to represent my family. I chose the key because it was so cute! It doesn’t really have any significance; the same applies to the little pearls – they’re kind of accessories to the charms.
This is the empty ‘shell’ that I started with – it’s a size medium and I couldn’t actually fit in all the charms so in the top picture the heart is missing – but I’ll swap it in and out with the key. There are SO many charms to choose from – I was spoiled for choice with pearls, crystals, birth stones – oh everything you can think of!
