Sally Hansen Gem Crush

The pictures of Sally Hansen Gem Crush don’t do them justice really – they are so sparkle filled and glimmery – the red one, Cha-Ching is the perfect Christmas nail.

I love that it has silver sparkles set into red instead of the more obvious gold. The other shade, Show Girl Chic, has irridescent sparkles over grey – they are very, very pretty. I’d sort of sworn off glitter polishes because they’re so fiddly to take off but these made me thing it’s worth the extra effort.
They’re £6.99.

They’re easy to take off if you use the tin-foil method – no trouble at all then.

What is the tin foil method?

They look like dead on dupes for Rimmel’s new glitters which are available in those two shades. Are they owned by the same company?

  4. These are gorgeous! So many glitter polished to choose from, but these look like winners! A x

Does anyone know a decent online retailer for these in the UK? THe only time I ever see them is in larger Superdrugs and they are all opened and yukky 🙁 Such a shame. Wish that all companies put some sort of arapping round thier varnishes so that that wouldn’t happen – like Models’ Own.

Was also going to say that the red one looks like Ruby Crush from Rimmel. Anyway, I like them, love glitter polish in general.
