REN Skin Care Gift Sets Review

[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] REN is one of my favourite skin care brands – their Evercalm range is so reliable for dry and sensitive skin. I’ve given this to so many friends with dry/unhappy/reddened skin and it works like a charm. When you see things working in front of your very eyes, it’s so much easier to recommend onwards.

There’s always an element of taking the planet into consideration with REN – with these (absolute bargain) kits, everything is recyclable and the cosmetic bag is made from recycled fabric so this brand always sits well with anyone eco-conscious. I have two sets to show you and honestly, you should hurry if they take your fancy because the discounts are incredible and they won’t sit around for long. Having said this, I’ve noticed across the board that brands have reined in their festive offerings (apart from Charlotte Tilbury!) with a much smaller Christmas inventory that previous years. In the kit you see above, you’ll find Vitamin C Serum 30ml, Radiance Glow Daily Vitamin C Gel Cream (delicious and softening) 15ml and the Ready Steady Glow Daily AHA Tonic 100ml. The products are based around skin brightening and certainly, you’ll see a big overall refresh using the AHA tonic as it gently sloughs away all those dead cells that are lurking on all of our faces). I like it for teen skin that can be bumpy and unpredictable. I’ve found the kit for £39.20 down from £49 with a value of £82. It’s at Boots HERE.

I should point out that different websites will have different offers – and different products from brands – not everyone stocks everything but I’m finding the best deals that I can as I go along. So, second up, the Evercalm set containing Evercalm Barrier Support Elixir 30ml (one of my all time favourite skin care products), Evercalm Global Protection Cream 15ml and Overnight Recovery Balm 15ml (if you get caught in hail, sleet or snow, this balm is the antidote for your complexion). Everything is cooling and nourishing (and, I now see, out of focus – gah!) and it’s made directly for sensitive skin. The value is £82, the price should be £55 but is £36.85 HERE.
