Predicting The Sell Outs for Colour Crush Nails

Eek.. it’s nerve wracking, this trend prediction thing! When I did my nail day at #LFW with The Body Shop, nail artist Glenis Baptiste gave me lots of encouragement. I knew I wouldn’t have to do any real shaping backstage but nonetheless, I wanted to know what shape nails are heading for this season. Thankfully, it’s the good old squoval, because, as Glenis points out, “it’s easy to maintain and suits more nails beds, whether they’re small or large.”  Although at the shows there were some pointy nails around, it’s quite a hard look to maintain because it needs to be perfect. Break one nail and all the points have to come off!

Anyway, The Body Shop asked me to predict which colours from their new Colour Crush collection I thought would be the top sellers. I’ve picked them out above, and we’ll revist in around December time to see whether I got any right at all. I’d love to know what you think – do they look like best sellers to you?

  1. Glenis used Gorgeous Grey on me and I think it’s absolutely stunning! I think you’re right about the top sellers, although I’d add Got the Blues in there too! Xxx

Deeply in love is totally my sort of shade, I hope it doesn’t sell out before I can get my hands on it! x

Ooh. I really love those colours. I think ‘A Grape Affair’ is my favourite. They do look like best sellers. I will be spending money on these….great! x
