A commenter asked whether the Factor Brothers still have any part to play in Smashbox now that it has been acquired by Lauder. This quote from Cosmetics International spells it out.

The Factor brothers and Smashbox president Budd Taylor will help Smahbox’s transition into a Lauder brand and will continue to play key roles in the company’s organisation and creativity. Co-owner TSG, a private equity group, will exit the company altogether.
