Odylique Natural Foundation Review

[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] This foundation has been created with sensitive skin in mind. It’s 100% natural origin ingredient wise, and joy! There’s a ‘plain English’ list of ingredients, which I’ll publish at the end of the post. If all brands did this, I’d be much happier and much less confused. Ingredient speak is like learning an entire new language.

Odylique Natural Foundation Review

I’m really very pleasantly surprised with the Odylique Natural Foundation – I don’t quite know what I expected but it wasn’t this light as air formula with a satin finish that feels hydrating and actually, exceptionally comfortable on my skin.

Better yet, for 97p, you can order a sample (or more than one but each one costs 97p) to ensure you get exactly the right shade for your tone. Formula wise, it’s based on organic aloe juice with pomegranate and rosehip as well as phyto-collagen (jury is still out on this one) and it genuinely feels soothing and caring on the skin. The coverage is buildable – I went with one ‘layer’ and that was plenty for me – it’s well pigmented so you need less.

Odylique Natural Foundation Review

Odylique Natural Foundation feels like something of a discovery, especially at £27.90 (on offer). I’d particularly advise for drier skin types who struggle with foundation leaching all the moisture out of their skin – the hydration you get is very good and your skin will probably be happy all day. You can find it HERE in 12 shades. The plain English ingredient list is below:

  • Aloe vera juice – hydrating, repairing, soothing
  • Non-palm plant glycerine – moisturising
  • Coconut oil derivative – moisturising
  • Jojoba oil – moisturising, antioxidant
  • High oleic sunflower oil – moisturising, antioxidant
  • Botanical origin stabiliser (preservative)
  • Botanical origin emulsifier
  • Shea butter derivative – protecting
  • Phyto (plant) collagen – pro-collagen
  • Concentrated pomegranate CO2 extract – pro-collagen
  • Concentrated rosehip CO2 extract – soothing, repairing
  • Concentrated rosemary CO2 extract – antioxidant
  • Botanical origin stabilisers & acidity regulators
  • Sodium hydroxide – mineral pigment coating
  • Mineral colours, ethically sourced mica
