Newness from Fresh

Fresh is a firm favourite of mine – it is expensive but I’ve yet to use anything from the brand that doesn’t feel like a proper beauty treat. A few years ago, I had a complete addiction to Fresh Brown Sugar Body Exfoliator, a product that apparently Naomi Campbell used to go through by the vat-load. One of the newer additions to the brown sugar range is Fresh Sugar Lip Polish, with good size, but gentle, sugar grains to rub away any rough patches on the lips. To give lips a good ‘facial’, apply, massage the sugar over the lips and leave to work for five minutes. Finish by rinsing off with warm water. It has to be said that this method is as difficult as eating a donut without licking your lips. The sugar is very, very tempting, but if you do succumb, be warned that after the sugar rush comes a bit of a soapy taste! The polish also contains Meadowfoam seed, jojoba seed and grapeseed oils, as well as shea butter and Vitamin E. It’s £14.50 from the Fresh Store: 020 7486 4100.

One of my biggest Fresh bugbears has been that they don’t have a UK website – it is so frustrating that the brand doesn’t have wider availability and is restricted to those who either know the brand well already or can get to the Marylebone store to have a proper look. However, I’m told that by the end of the year, Fresh.co.uk will be here.

There are a few other new bits and pieces from Fresh which I’ll post about later in the week.

  1. Never come across this brand before, way beyond my price range but everything about this product is gorgeous. Loving the muted purpley coppery lid. Loved the matte muddy pot, which looks like it’s in a glass. As for the product, I can’t even begin to imagine how gorgeous it must be. I would want this in a body polish rather that on the lips though. mmmmmm gorgeous x

  2. Soo

I love this stuff! really expensive, but you don’t need a lot so it’s lasted me a long time 🙂

  3. About time they were online. I’ve tried calling the Marleybone store a few times and although the ladies were really nice it’s difficult to get through and just seems so old fashioned to do a phone order. I want their clay facial bar too!
