Nailstar Digital Nail Art

Absolutely loving this invention from a company (Japanese I think, but the site isn’t translatable so I am a bit in the dark) called Naglobal. I spotted it on the fabulous US nail blog, www.thepolishaholic.com.

Basically, it’s a machine that allows you to choose any digital art which is then mechanically printed onto your nails – you have to slip your hand into the machine which then aligns your nails (digitally) and hey presto… Sponge Bob Square Pants nails if you should wish!

  1. Wow1 the things we do with technlogy these days! But am I the only one who thinks nail designs make me look like a bit like a chav? lol 🙂 They look great on other people though funnily enough!?

  2. That is SUPER cool!

  3. Yeah deffny Japanese, I saw it a couple o’ weeks ago.

Those crafty feckers think of everything first! If we’re lucky our Grandkids might see them about 🙂

That nail machine is actually Korean. All the writing in the image is also Korean. 🙂 Not Japanese.

I can’t tell you what it says, but I recognise the script.

On closer inspection, yes, it is certainly Korean. It says:

    Nail Art Revolution
    Nail Star
    Automatic computer nail art
    5 times in precision
1/5 the time and half the price of nail art!

Then it goes on to give you the step by step in the process of Nail Star.

This sounds quite amazing, though I don’t suppose it’s something that can be bought for home usage!

  6. We’ve had this for awhile in the Philippines but only in one or two places, I haven’t tried it yet, though.

I wonder how long the design lasts? It would be fun for a night out. I think my 22 year old daughter would love it.
