MUA Giveaway! NOW CLOSED.

This is a great start to the weekend! My big box of MUA to give away contains all the latest MUA launches including the Professional Artist Palette, Nail Constellations, Pro Brow Kit, BB Foundation, Kiss Proof Stain, Pro Shimmer Kisses Blusher & Bronzer and more, all totalling to over £150. Sounds like Christmas sorted!

This is open to UK only and will run from today til Tuesday 30th October, 4pm. All you have to do is tell me if you had a make-up and beauty shop, what you’d call it. I’ll get someone from MUA to pick their favourite beauty emporium name and if it’s yours, the MUA make up is on its way! Please leave a Twitter address or blog link so I can get hold of you. Don’t leave your email.

    I have often thought about the answer to this question actually and I have settled on ‘Flawless’ as my name. Purely because it would sell anything and everything to do with beauty – no matter what the price tag and would also offer ‘makeovers’ with any choice of products they pick…

    if I had a beauty shop I would call it Princess of Arabia. My reasoning behind this is because every girl wanted to be a disney princess, I myself wanted to be princess Jasmin from Aladdin. The Arabia bit I find interesting because I love Arabic eye makeup, it’s a cross between cat eyes and almond eyes and I think everyone wants to have eyes like that even Cheryl Cole does it. So that is what I would call my shop because that’s beauty to me.

    What a fantastic giveaway! Mine would be called ‘Beauty Within’. I’ve wanted to open an emporium since having chemotherapy a few years back – having my make up done really cheered me up back then (and started my never ending addiction!). I’d love to create somewhere people of all ages, backgrounds etc could come to try and buy products and get advice. It’s amazing to cheer someone’s day up by giving them a confidence boost with make up.

    I’d call my beauty shop ‘You Little Beauty!’ because everyone deserves to shine, and because I’m a bit of a Cockney bird so it rolls off my tongue nicely.

    It’d be a place where everyone could come to feel better about themselves, no matter how much money they have or haven’t got. In fact one of my dreams is to open a beauty studio with a photographer on hand to capture the ‘bedazzling’ of people who need a little pick-me-up and who really deserve some pampering – everyone from cancer survivors to hard working mums with no time for themselves. It’d be part community centre, part studio and there’d be a big hug waiting for everyone who needed it. Make up as therapy, if you will, with the emphasis on maximising everyone’s natural beauty and making them feel good inside rather than on the hard sell. A pipe dream perhaps, but a dream nevertheless.
