[unpaid/sample/affililate/ad] Having finally got with the lip liner programme, I’m always excited to have new ones land on my desk. Monika Blunder Hot Line Liners are no exception – really beautiful quality with a texture glide that I think makes them easier than many to apply.

There are five in total, running through deep berry to red to neutral, so as long as you have lipsticks, you’ll find something here. Actually, you don’t even need lipsticks – I’ve been wearing Renae with just clear balm and it makes my lips look nicely defined but naturally.

I think it looks lovely – just tidied and perfected lips. I’ve also done it with bright red Jessica and just blurred the liner a bit more towards the centre of the lips and sloshed on some balm. The one thing I would say is that balm will erode the line more quickly than a matte lipstick would but I have been impressed with the last despite the oiliness of the balm.

From top to bottom: Kelly, Nancy, Renae, Jessica and Sandi. One is out of stock at the moment – Nancy – but otherwise they’re available at Cult Beauty for £22 HERE.
