[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] As they say, every cloud has a silver lining. The cloud is that I was supposed to write about this before Christmas and I can’t remember if the postal troubles got in the way or if I just clean forgot (if the latter is the case, I’m sorry) but the Miller Harris Tea Tonique Collection has found its way to the top of the review pile finally. The silver lining is that the Miller Harris sale is still on and there are some awesome bargains. I imagine it will only be for the next two days and will end as soon as February begins.
Being one of their very best sellers, this Tea Tonique collection, which features a 50ml EDP and a 300ml Body Wash isn’t in the sale – it’s really so fresh and such a pleasurable fragrance that I’d recommend highly for anyone really feeling it on the 100th day of January. There’s an unmistakable drift of tea that runs a seam through the citrus notes with a side note of smokiness. There is a nutmeg note which at first I thought I couldn’t get but it seems to come along a little later in the wear.
The set is £95. But on to the sale….
The tiny Rose Silence set is one I’d grab several of in a heartbeat – it was £35 and is now £17.50. Instant gift with a 15ml fragrance and a 60ml Bath & Shower Gel. The Digne de Toi candle was £45 and is now £22.50. Expect notes of pink roses with fruitiness from mandarin, lychee and blackcurrant. A 100ml bottle of musky, peppery Tender is now £80 instead of £160. Finally, the Etui Noir soap was £20 and is now £10. That’s just a tiny picture of what’s there… fragrance lovers, rush!
