Since being ill, my immune system has clearly dipped. I was taking Floradix but inexplicably – and it’s never happened before – the iron element in it started turning my teeth slightly grey – eek! So, I stopped taking it and have instead started on the twenty day Echinacea course from Melvita. I can’t say it tastes wonderful because it really doesn’t but it contains echinacea and propolis for a proper immune system boost. I’ll let you know how it goes. So far I have never been disappointed with anything from Melvita.
