So, Million Lashes is the best named mascara ever, in my opinion, and now we have Volume Million Lashes Excess Noir with a pep and a boost and the biggest mascara brush I’ve ever seen. The sell is that it’s no clumps and when I tried it on my bottom lashes, there were no clumps. Its not idea testing ground for mascara, I must admit, and nor did the colour seem to be quite as exceptionally, ground-breakingly black as the name suggests. However, a brush that size has to have oomph power, the formula seems to live up to claims but at £10.99 it’s coming close to premium counterparts. Interesting!
So, is this a good idea or not? To have the brush on the lid of the pencil? I can’t decide – if you lose the lid, it’s all gone pear-shaped.. but then I guess if you lost the pen then it’s the same deal. However, if the brush wasn’t on the lid, the other end (which contains taming brow wax) wouldn’t exist. There is nowhere else for the brush to go and it still be a 3-in-1 brow product. Tell me, good or bad.. I just can’t call it. I know I’d lose the lid, though ;-).
It will cost £5.49 when it launches (sorry, not sure when).
