KissMyFace Cold & Flu For Bath & Shower

Well, I wish I’d discovered this way back when it was January and I was shivering my limbs off….I can’t find a UK stockist for KissMyFace but it’s a mystery to me why it isn’t readily available in the UK. Luckily, the site I found it on, www.rickysnyc.com will ship. I’d say this is one for the bathroom shelf just in case one of those spiky spring colds makes an appearance. It’s a blast of eucalyptus, fennel and the curious sounding horehound (often used in cough drops) that you pour into the bath (or wash with in the shower) that should have you decongested, invirgorated and singing ‘Tuuuunes’.

When I worked at Lush (and when this was still availiable in the shops), I sold Narcotic by the bucket load to snuffley customers. You can still get it quite easily on the website! http://www.lush.co.uk/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage.retro.tpl&product_id=484&category_id=557&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=1
Also, I can’t look at Kiss My Face products without thinking of Alan Partridge….

LOL Emily, I have the same Partridge response!

I used to use a Kneipp herbal bath specifically for colds, but I haven’t been to Germany to stock up for ages.

The best thing I have found in the UK, though not the cheapest, is Molton Brown’s Warming Eucalyptus bath and shower gel. It’s lovely if you have a cold and even if you don’t it’s still gorgeous to use.

This just makes me think of Alan Partridge!

I LOVE Rickys! It used to be one of my fave browsing haunts when I lived in NYC. Fab to hear they can ship here – thanks for the tip-off!!
