Jo Malone Christmas
Jo Malone Christmas

I really was going to leave Jo Malone Christmas alone this year – it always gets so much coverage and these days I’m not so connected with the brand, but along came Woodsage & Sea Salt gift box and I immediately got suckered in! Not so much by the contents, but by the packaging (if you saw my Periscope yesterday, I showed the digital Christmas card I received – very innovative and very impressive). I’ve been getting bits of mistletoe from Jo Malone for a few months now – but hadn’t tied them in to the actual packaging which is a glory of shine and velvet feel mistletoe all wrapped up with green velvet ribbon.

It really is impressive packaging that boosts up the contents no end. I find Woodsage & Sea Salt really boring (I still love all the ‘old’ Jo Malone fragrances but not so much the new) but despite that, I got a bit of a beauty thrill opening this up today. A quick scoot around the internet tells me that Jo Malone Christmas is selling like hot cakes – the gift sets are disappearing fast as usual. I don’t know if you’ll remember when there was only one Jo Malone shop and people used to queue down the street to get into it around Christmas.

Anyway, there are some of these left if you can bear to part with £70 for it (contains cologne, hand and body wash and a tiny body cream) and also this particular set is available in Pomegranate Noir. They’re HERE.
