Well, this is a very elegant thing from Hourglass – the tapered end and lid-with-sharpener makes it very stylish and practical.
I’ve done a swatch, but actually, it is so cold I don’t think it is a fair one – the pencil is a little bit hard which I think if it was warmer it wouldn’t be.. but you get the general idea of the Espresso shade. I love dark brown kohls – if I wasn’t totally addicted to black, I’d be all over it.
Brown kohl is the ideal solution for whom black kohl is just too severe – usually blonds and redheads. This one is deep enough to give plenty of drama but not so sharp to look at. It’s £25 HERE.
