The new GOSH Lip Lacquers are very dinky in size – little hits of gloss for the lips. I like what they’ve done with the packaging, making a visual connection with nail lacquers – but I can easily see myself trying to paint my nails with lipgloss in an absent minded moment (not nearly as bad as if it happened the other way round!). I was expecting these to be a little dry, but not at all – they’re really lovely in texture and feel light and moisturising – they contain Argan oil and Vitamin E and I think you can really tell that the Argan is there.
There are 8 shades of GOSH Lip Lacquer of which I have five to show you and the colour-line up is a mix of lights and brights.
So here they are! I need to flag up that I haven’t tested these for longevity yet so can’t say how long they wear. From left to right on my arm are: Flirty Lips, Crispy Lips, Dangerous Lips, Sweet Lips and Hot Lips. I know that GOSH is a Danish brand so something has very much got lost in translation with Crispy Lips! No, no, no, GOSH! That’s not a good thing in the UK! Obviously, with the brighter colours you get a nice smack of colour – the lightest that I have, Sweet Lips, is really almost clear on the lip – just the tiniest hint of pale pink, so good for natural look days. GOSH Lip Lacquers have already launched HERE and cost £5.99 each.
