Cooking: Melanzane Parmigiana HERE. Made this for guests last Friday – absolute people pleaser. I left out the twiddly bits in the recipe and it was none the worse for it. Tip 1: Garlic bread. Tip 2: Make your own tomato sauce – eight cans of chopped tomatoes left on the stove top for hours at a very low temperature (like, 3) until it’s halved in quantity. Stir frequently. You won’t look back.

Lusting After: Mango’s Shearling Coat. This looks as cosy as it does hippy – wear with big, round sunglasses, flared jeans and a Heat Tech Polo – vibing the 70’s wasn’t even this easy in the actual seventies. It’s HERE. Tip: Ali McGraw style beanie hat.
