When I say Flu Beauty, I’m kidding… nobody looks lovely with flu and whatsmore, nobody with proper flu cares what they look like! I’ve featured the wonderful C O Bigelow Cold & Flu Bath before but it’s rather expensive at £22. Kneipp has a much more wholesomely priced version with their Eucalyptus Cold & Sinus Relief Herbal Bath at £7.95 HERE that’s well worth keeping in the bathroom cupboard for when a cold strikes. It’s not going to cure your cold but combined with the steam, it should make the snuffles easier to bear for a little while. And the great thing about products that have eucalyptus in them is that they make you smell ill, so everyone knows to be nice to you. That’s my theory, anyway ;-).
