Essie Sleek Stick Nail Wraps

My lovely friend Kathryn brought me back these nail wraps from the US last week. We will get them here eventually but I’m not sure when. They’re honestly some of the best that I’ve ever used.

They’re very flexible with good stick factor so they really hug the nails.

  1. I’ve seen a few Essie stands in Boots stocked with a couple of sheets of the Nail Wraps now. These look good, like you say nice and snug on the nails, no jagged edges at the nail end which is nice!

  2. I’ve always been like “ah meh nail wraps are stupid, I don’t like them” and then Essie brought some on the market haha and guess what… I’d really like to try them. I’m a super big Essie fan and the ones you tried look awesome!

    Great post!

These nail wraps are beautiful. I hope they do come to the UK. Just need to practice using nail wraps first, I’m not great with them. Thanks for sharing.

Gorgeous! I really like this design, I’m pleased more brands are picking up on this sticker version rather than the nail wraps. Elegant touch have some similar ones that work really well. Would love to try these.

    They look amazing!

  6. Love that design! They do have some of the nail wraps on the Essie counters in larger Boots/Superdrug stores but I haven’t seen this pattern before.

These are beautiful! I saw the display in-store & it said that these are reusable – how can it be?!

I think in theory they are because they’re pretty durable with strong ‘tack’ on the sticky side, but you’d have to be very precise with reapplication.. not sure I would do it.

I’ve seen these in superdrug in birmingham 🙂 (not the bullring store but the one near house of Fraser for anyone who is local) x

This pattern is in the Uk now- I saw the red wraps on sale today at Superdrug in Piccadilly, Manchester.

  10. BBB it says UV Cured on the front? Does that not mean you need some sort of lamp? Interested as the UV part…. Thanks.

Sam, sorry.. no you don’t need heat .. at least I didn’t use heat.. I think maybe it means pre-cured?

These are the best nail wraps i’ve tried yet, and i’ve been through most brans in the UK.
They are quite thin i was worried at first, but this works to their advantage, they stick onto the nail real easy and there are almost no bumps or creases as they are so thin, the edge comes off easy with a file and is smooth unlike most others i’ve tried.
To top it all off they lasted almost two weeks until they had grown out. Not one fell off at any stage. Amazing.
